I have a custom field on two different record types. It is a picklist field. Originally, the picklist values were simply Yes and No. New values were added, and Yes and No were to be deleted. Yes went away quietly, but No is being stubborn with an error saying No is the only value left for one of the record types and therefore cannot be removed. Sure enough, the picklist for that record type does not show the new values and only shows No - even though the new values can be seen if I go in to edit the field. I checked field-level security and field accessibility, and everything's in order. How can I get all the values shown in both record types and remove those no longer needed? Thanks in advance.

You need to add the new Values to each Record Type, you'll also be able to remove "No" there too
