Currently with enterprise, we have a limit of 2 GB per record and ~250 GB file storage for our instance. Has anyone ever requested this before?

Hi folks,
Just hopping on this thread as I'm looking at different document storage options. Specifically, I'm looking at Dropbox Business and AWS S3. We have a couple of different needs, from backing up our files across our programs to accessing them on various devices, but also accessing a subset of these files in our Salesforce org.
@William Tran, I do have some questions for you, if you don't mind:
what have been some of the benefits and drawbacks to integrating AWS with your Salesforce instance?
Can users access files on AWS outside of Salesforce? Did you all use the TechSoup AWS discount?
