Duplicate Management across Fields

Hi everyone!

My organization tracks multiple emails for each contact. I'm looking for a creative way to find Duplicates across fields (not just the same field). So if one of my users types in an email address in 'Email' field, I would like Salesforce to check for a duplicates with other records in three different fields: 'Email', 'Email 1' and 'Email 2'.

I'm not finding a way to do this with the basic duplicate rules and need some unusual creative solution. Any ideas?
