Hello all - I have a client using C&P with automatic matching turned on but it doesn't seem to work very well. Even the slightest variation in spelling of an address will cause the match to fail. Does it use a "fuzzy" matching approach or do the fields need to have an exact match? In one case the only difference is that one contact has zip plus 4 and the other has just the 5-digit zip code. Is that enough to block a merge?

@Sam Knox We actually do not suggest that you use the address. The best result is first name, first name alias, last name, last name alias, and the emails.
The address causes a number of issues. We have considered Fuzzy logic but have not had as much success. The scenario I recommend will work great.
