We finally turned on Lightning at the end of last year, but I feel like we basically ported our classic experience over to a more modern UI -- we didn't really reimagine how to display data or engage users using the Lightning experience. We're embarking on a Salesforce overhaul so I'm curious for any examples of Lightning done well. Would love your thoughts on...
- What enhancements have you added that have driven the most value for your users?
- What are your favorite Lightning components and customizations?
- Could you share any screenshots of fabulous Lightning pages you've created to show the magic come alive?
We're an advocacy and systems change nonprofit primarily using NPSP with contacts/organizations, campaigns, donations, and a few custom objects. Thanks!
The ability to incorporate screen flows as part of that action orientation. For example, buttons appear or even create record forms appear conditionally to nudge staff and community users towards their next step.
