I'm trying to sync Salesforce contacts to our Google Voice account. I've tried using Lightning Sync (I'm aware this is being replaced by Einstein) and got it all set up fine for individual accounts. But the issue is that our Google Voice account is on a shared email address and that shared email address is not linked to a Salesforce user. Does anyone know of a way to sync Salesforce contacts to a Google account that is not a registered Salesforce user?
We're really looking for a free solution, we only have 10 Salesforce users. I tried reaching out to Ebsta but apparently they no longer provide 10 free licenses to nonprofits :(
