Hi there - we are using the data loader tool in sandbox and getting these error messages - we are not sure what needs to be mapped as this is the first info being put into the system.

THANK YOU Judi! I see the new button now to create a campaign.
Regarding the data loader - we tried to load a sample set of contacts and it kept saying 'unmapped' to all the fields. So, do we have to create the initial contacts manually in the platform before using the data loader? I have gone through the guide (link above) and followed the guidelines however we keep getting the 'unmapped' error message. Thanks again!!
