@C&P Support @Kamran Razvan We are trying to set up recurring donations in the C&P Virtual Terminal. It seems to be working but we need some help linking the information to the SF.
1. We want the SF to link the donation every month to the RD in the SF - what is the correct way to do this? Currently, the donation is going in to the SF but it is not linked to the RD (I tried mapping through a custom question but there are 2 downfalls with this, one- each RD will have to be set up with it's unique custom answer before entering the RD in C&P; two- there is a limit to the amount of answers one can have in a picklist of 100 values and if each RD needs it's own answer in the picklist we could run out of space)
2. I want to go back and edit a RD that we already out in in order to answer the custom questions differently, how can I do this? Editing the RD does not give you the option of editing the custom questions.

Is: The recurring payments in C&P are NOT associated with a Recurring Donation in the SF.
I want them to be.
How do I set that up?
