I recently downloaded the app from app exchange and, although the video player is working beautifully, the file viewer will only display the thumbnail in the flow. I've tried both .pdf and .docx files with the same result. I posted the files in Chatter as an experiment and the previews showed up beautifully. Any ideas what the issue could be?
