Hello trailblazers, I have a quick question regarding Salesforce DX. Currently I am using vscode and connected to different sandboxes. Things were working just fine then all of a sudden I cannot execute any sfdx command and also any installed Salesforce extensions for VSCode is failing to launch. This is the error I am getting in VScode Terminal: “/Users/sanaaabbas/.local/share/sfdx/client/bin/sfdx: line 16: /Users/sanaaabbas/.local/share/sfdx/client/bin/../7.110.0-85b006b/bin/sfdx: No such file or directory” Any ideas what could have gone wrong? Thanks in advance!
I had this very issue last night. In the end, I found that the entire "/Users/johndoe/.local/share/sfdx/client/bin/../7.110.0-85b006b" folder had been completely wiped out. I have no idea how this happened. One minute it was working. The next minute it was not. I had to run the uninstall sequence and then reinstall the CLI.
FYI @Claire Bianchi, @Thomas Dvornik, and @Shane McLaughlin -- I thought this was an isolated issue but seeing that @Sanaa Abbas also saw this, something may be going on with the 7.110 build.
