I am the salesforce admin for two orgs. The second org that I assist with is only a few months old and I'm running into some issues that I didn't see with my first org experience.
I've created a couple of dashboards to allow the users to track their adoption into SF and for some reason when I try to subscribe a standard user to them, it doesn't give me the option to. When I go to Subscribe and click Edit Recipients the only users I am given the option to add are the other two System Administrators.
I had this issue when I wanted to add the standard user to a report subscription and after doing some research I learned that the "Subscribe to Dashboard" and "Subscribe to Reports" were not checked in their profiles.. After fixing this, I was able to successfully subscribe my users to reports, so I'm not sure why I still cannot subscribe them to a dashboard.. Any thoughts?

It's probably because that user doesn't have access to the Dashboard Folder.
What happens if you log in as that user and try to run the Dashboard?
