Hi all,

I'm trying to work with the DocuSign Templates for adding in a drop down menu to select from 1 of our 2 programs. The field had been open for them to fill in as they pleased but it wasn't clear what they should put to I figured to get more uniform with our data the dropdown would help. However, I'm having issues with the drop down actually showing the options I allocated to it. When I look at the template it shows the correct options but when I send it to another person, they get 2 other options that have nothing to do with anything and I'm not sure where they are coming from.

We do have this integrated with our Salesforce org as well. I made sure the field wasn't tied to any Salesforce objects and still the issue persists. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
