Hi @Jeannine Freeman! Happy to help, the best place to go get started as an admin would be Trailhead. I personally recommend the Admin Beginner Trail if you're just getting started with Salesforce (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/content/learn/trails/force_com_admin_beginner) and the Admin 201 Certification Trailmix (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/strailhead/trailmixes/prepare-for-your-salesforce-administrator-credential). There are also some live classes you can attend to get prepared for Admin 201 and you can find info about those here (https://trailhead.salesforce.com/credentials/administrator

    ).

Salesforce Lightning a new user experience vs Salesforce Classic. Here is an article that explains the feature differences in Lightning vs Classic (

https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.lex_aloha_comparison.htm&type=5). A full list of transition steps are listed in this link (http://lightningtransitionlearningmap.com/

) and in the Lightning Transition Assistant in Setup.

    Hope this helps!
