I have created an Einstein BOT from the BOT template, my Bot is working fine when I enter the order number or try to create a case it does not work and gives an error "unfortunately...., "

The first time I tried to preview BOT it ask for set up when I clicked on setup it gave below error what does that mean and how to fix that it pulls data from the order or creates a case. The same thing is happening in my ORG but flow is pulling data from order and also creating case. Need urgent help
