Forecasting - No amounts showing - Opportunities showing $0 Forecasted Amount

When I click on the owner of the opportunity, it does show, however the 'Forecasted Amount' column is showing $0.

The Forecast Category is Hard Pending.

I am just now working on getting this setup for our organization. I feel like there's some setup piece I'm missing here.
