We use CPQ and Billing and have annual price increases so I am currently in the process of adding the new Price Book for 2021 in the system.
After a cut off date, I want that sales reps are unable to select the 2020 price books, what are my options so the renewals and amendments are not Impacted even when the 2020 price book is not available for new quotes and opps.
What are the best practices around this please?

Hello,
I'm experiencing the same in my Developer Org.
I suspect in the database as the link has already been made to the Pirce Book ID amendments or renewals aren't effected the same way a new Opportunity or Quote would be.
