We are using email to case, but I am receiving alot of spam emails and notifications which I want to sort and create a seperate view in cases; if we get an email with perticular subject line (ex. New login on Instagram from ) then it should go to a seperate view. I want to deal with these Spam emails.
I have tried to create a queue called "Potential Spam" and then created assignment rule for the spam subject line (and assigned it to the "Potential Spam" queue). For case view, I have created a seperate case view and referred the view to the "Potential Spam" queue which have created.
But this is not working, I have tested by sending an email with the spam subject line and its not showing in the view I have created.
Please assist me on this, if I am doing anything worng here.
Thank you for your help in advance :)

Since Email to Case comes into your companies' email and is then forwarded to Salesforce, the filtering needs to happen in the company email settings. Contact your IT department or whomever you need to talk to about your company email system and have them add filters on the company email address that is used for Email to Case.
