User should not able to create new field

For one of the user i want to give him all access that system admin have, except he should not able to create any new field on any (Std/Custom) object.

 

Is this Possible??

    Yes Seyran,

     

    This one checkbox permission on profile setting is working but affecting all other things as mentioned you.

    I just curious about only to restrict the access for creating new field only. Thanks for your reply.
