create email alert through process builder

Hello,

 

Am getting a problem as I am trying to create an Email Alert through Process Builder for Agreement Renewal as before 30days it will notify the user.

 

But after adding the schedule action, the Activate Button is disable and when am clicking on Stop button, it showing error message as follows-

 

create email alert through process builderHow to resolve this problem?

 

Any suggestion would be Appreciable!!

    Hello Indranee,

     

    Actually if you have scheduled actions and again want to evaluate next criteria it will show that error. Becuase you cannot evaluate the next criteria if you have scheduled actions. Again you have to create new process builder for new criteria.
