Document for Salesforce Process

I joined new in the company and  I am the Salesforce admin,and it has been asked to create a document for Whole Salesforce Process for Inside sales,sales and Customer Success Team which will be followed by the Organization.

 

How to Create this Document and what are the main points needs to add in this Document for Sales Team which Inside Sales,Sales and Customer Success Team??

 

Anybody can Help me with this,if anybody worked earlier in creating these types of Documents for organization??

    Pretend you are have just started for the company and your role is in sales. I will guess that they would require step by step instrcutions on how to create a sale in salesforce. i.e how to create an opportunity, how to create a quote etc... screenshots and flow charts are also ideal and could contribute to your document.
