Similarly, I am interested in learning how to automatically create the many-to-many relationship record when a new Contract Record is created, and to update this many-to-many record if the Account Name and/or Contract Record are updated.
Any guidance in solving these challenges is appreciated.

Thank you, Mikey! I'll give it a shot tonight.
Re the follow-up questions, when a new Contract Record is created, we have to manually create the many-to-many Relationship Record: open the Object ("Contracts and Account Relationships") and input the associated Account Name as well as a name for the Relationship Record in the pop-up below. Ideally, we want this Relationship Record created automatically when the Contract Record is saved. (And the field "Contacts and Account Relationship" to update with the concatenated text in my original post.
Additionally, if the Account Name or Contract Name are updated at a later date, we want the "Contracts and Account relationship" field in the above Relationship Record to update, using the concatenated text in the original post.
Does that make sense?
