Our Salesforce agents are getting this error when they try to assign a task to other Salesforce users:
''insufficient access rights on object ID''
Is this a matter of giving access to the Task object to the receipients? Or is this a matter related to some automation in the back-end (e.g. assignment of tasks to users/queues)?

Users with 'Transfer Record' permission and Edit access on a custom object may get an 'insufficient access rights on object id' error when transferring a record of that type to another user in Lightning. The issue would only affect users who do not have Read/Write access to the record they are transferring.
