Then the Bot displays "Hi Guest" greeting message on the chat window header, for external site. but in community it's displaying Hi First name. i want the same should happen for external sitre also.
How can I change the Hi Guest to Hi fisrt name for external site? Is there a way to make changes through an embedded service? Thanks!
