CTI Integration Recommendation

Question

Hi, we are looking to find a packaged CTI Integration that is both easy to install and configure in Salesforce, and also flexible in terms of the integration options. Specifically we would need to be able to control the screenpop based on the Dialled Number as well as the Caller Number.

Please can I have some recommendations based on your experience?

Based on my experreince i suggest use RingCentral for Salesforce. They are flexible in order to integrate and also easy to use.
