Am currently working on a Sales Cloud project. When Opportunity status = 'closed won', it will automatically trigger auto creation of an Order mapping over the Opportunity amount.
I am adding another action when Opportunity is 'Closed Won' into the same process builder process.
Building a HTML email template to send an email alert to users when an order is created so the delivery user can start packing the order products.
However, in the email I received, the order amount is RM0.00 which is different from the order amount record.
Can anyone please help to check why my merge fields is not working? Attached is a screenshot of my email template

In that case, I would suggest to fire the email as a scheduled action with a time trigger like this.
