My Query is regarding Libraries.

I am the system administrator in the org.I have Library administrator permission on a library as well.Even then I am not able to delete some of the videos from that library.I am getting a message saying can't delete folder.What could be the reason?.Being system admin I will have to have permission to delete !!!.Please help me.

    Hello Shruthi,

     

    Just go in classic and empty your recycle bin then try to delete this folder.

     

    It is because this folder still contains the data which you've already deleted but those will remain for 15 days in recycle bin. Or else you can delete this folder after 15 days.

     

    If you want to delete this folder now just empty your recycle bin and then delete this folder.
