I need to convert Account team members to Opportunity Team Members

Can anybody please guide me as in how to convert Account Team members into Opportunity Team members through flows?

 

Please help me with the flows as am very much new to the flows.

    Before we dive into the flow, can you tell me how are you planning to launch this flow? You have a condition, or via quick action?
