What I want to achieve is to make sure that no opportunities will be turned into "Closed-Won" stage until contract signed by a customer is attached to the opty. So following this, here are my questions:
- I'm wondering if it's possible to set a validation rule that enables setting opportunity status to "Closed won" only if there's an attachment to the opportunity?
- Is there any chance for Salesforce to recognize certain types of documents? If yes, I would be very happy if you could lead me to the solution.
