I am troubleshooting an issue with posting to a MS Teams channel via that channel's email address. I have been able to post successfully both with Outlook as well as other email services. When sending the email from Salesforce, I receive that email as the BCC, and I can see that the recipient is correct, but the message never posts to Teams. I can also see in the Salesforce email logs that SF sees the message as successfully delivered... I am at a loss as to where to begin troubleshooting this, as our MS vendor won't assist as they claim its an issue on the SF end.

    After setting up the DKIM key in salesforce we are now able to send emails from salesforce to teams channel via flow without any apex.
