I hope you're fine. I'm trying to retrieve the User Mobile phone of my technicien scheduled in FSL. For this, I have created a customize field "assigned ressource" on Service Appointment. It working well when i'm manually fullfill it. But I would like this field being automatically updated when I'm scheduling an appointment through the FS Console.
Currently, The user technician is inside the Service Appointment related list named " assigned ressources". But I don't succeed to get the record in my customize field . I have created a flow to get this record " each time the assigned ressources object is updated/created" but it doesn't function (see the picture enclosed)
Do you have any suggestion ?
