Report Configuration

I have created a custom report that has a relationship between opportunites and opportunity teams. We are trying to pull a report of all opportunites that do not have opportunity teams with a role of Delivery Manager. When doing the report seems to only filter out the delivery manager user from the opportunities in the report and not the entire opportnity itself from the report. 

 

so basically if a opportunity has an opportunity team with a delivery manager that oppotunity will still show up on the report, it just will not display the delivery manager on the opportunity in the report. 

 

I need a way to filter out the entire report and not just the delivery manager that is associtaed with the opportunity team. 

 

I have included an eample of the problem we are running into. As you can see in the first picture this opportunity team DOES have a delivery manager assocaited with it, but it is still showing up on the report, it just excludes the delivery manager from the opportunity team on the report.. 

 

I need the report to instead not display the entire opportunity.

    Hi Kris,

     

    When you say Custom report, do you mean you created a new custom report type or have you created a new report using the report type Opportunities with Opportunity Teams?

     

    could you please post the screenshot of the report
