Question

I am trying to upload new accounts and  The matching field you chose (Name) is not mapped and is required for an Update and Insert operation... error message keeps showing up. I only have the company names not the potiental clients names. I have reformated the excel spreadsheet but I am not having any luck with this one field. I am using sales force lightning edition. Please help
