in the object "contact" we would like to add a custom action button which sends an email template and which uses the predefined signature of the user who clicks on the button.
Example 1:
1. Daniel Mayer clicks on the button
2. Email template loads together with the signature and the information of Daniel Mayer
Example 2:
1. Christian Schwering clicks on the button
2. Email template loads together with the signature and the information of Christian Schwering
We have the 75€ Version of Salesforce so we cannot write individual code, nore use workflows.

My thoughts :
On User object,
- Create a couple of Text fields to hold each line of the user Signature. For e.g. name__c.phone__c or designation__c
On the Email template :
- Add them for the Current user or the Sending User Fields in the order you want it to be displayed.
