When creating a case, I'd like to add some tags to indicate the characters of the case. For example, it's related to a specific product or it's a fault sev1 case.

With these tags, I may be able to analyze how this kind of case opened and its trend.

Am I able to add tags to the cases once they are created?

    Hello Ray,

Yes, you can add tags to the cases after they are created. If you edit the Case LEX page, you can drag and drop the Topic Component in which you can add the tags.

For historical Cases, you can data load all the unique Tags to the object 'Topic' and then use 'TopicAssignment' as a junction object to connect Cases and Topics.
