When selecting the accounts, only the accounts to be found in the hierarchy should be displayed. Lookup or Formula and how?

++ You can use lookup filter to filter out the records on Account lookup. Improve user productivity and data quality with lookup filters. Lookup filters are administrator settings that restrict the valid values and lookup dialog results for lookup, master-detail, and hierarchical relationship fields.
