We are trying to set up Email-to-Salesforce for our ED. We've activated Email-to-Salesforce and added her email address under "accepted email addresses". Our IT firm set up a rule in Outlook to auto BCC every email she sends. However, every time she sends a message it bounces back with the error:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I've triple checked that we are using the address listed in Salesforce under her username for my email-to-salesforce.

Does anyone know why this may be happening and how to fix it? Other users in our org are able to use email-to-salesforce without issue. Our IT firm can't figure it out.
