I've triple checked that we are using the address listed in Salesforce under her username for my email-to-salesforce.
Does anyone know why this may be happening and how to fix it? Other users in our org are able to use email-to-salesforce without issue. Our IT firm can't figure it out.

Hi Kaitlan,
Please recheck the email to Salesforce email address of that user. Usually email to Salesforce email addresses start with emailtosalesforce@xxxxxxxxxxxx.com.
But on your email address its strat with salesforce@xxxxxxxxxx.com.
