app not listed for add to change set

Question

Hi, I have installed app 'Campaign Monitor' from the Appexchange into a sandbox and am now trying to push to my production org. App is working find in sandbox and shows up as you would expect in the list of apps.

However, the app is not showing up in the list of available apps to add to the change set:

Any ideas?

Hi Kevin,

In Salesforce, an "App" is a dropdown for the top right side of the Salesforce window.

A package is a collection of components (classes, triggers, Visual Force pages, reports, etc). If you have a managed package, you can install the entire package into Production and the package installer will take care of all the individual components. No need for a Change Set.
