Formula flagging if value is true between three values

How do I get the system to tick the checkbox in a formula  is  Between today()-45 and Today() for three values so Value__1, Value__2 and Value__3

    Use the below:

     

    IF(Linked_Dog__r.Annual_Vaccination_Due_C3_or_C5__c   <  today()+45 && Linked_Dog__r.Annual_Vaccination_Due_C3_or_C5__c  >=  today()  , "Annual Vaccination - C5"  ,

     

    IF(Linked_Dog__r.KC_Vaccination_Due__c  < today()+45 && Linked_Dog__r.KC_Vaccination_Due__c >= today()  , "Kennel Cough Vaccination"  ,

     

    IF(Linked_Dog__r.Next_Heartworming_Treatment__c  <today()+45 && Linked_Dog__r.Next_Heartworming_Treatment__c  >= today() , "Heart-worming Treatment"  ,
