Hi Sole,
While there is no concept of multiple ownership of records in Salesforce, some standard objects do have the concept of "Teams" - and that includes accounts. Look up Account Teams (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=accountteam_def.htm&type=5) and see if that resolves your requirement.
