I have set up a new user as a sales rep, how do I lock down his permissions so he can only see and edit opps, contacts and companies that are assigned to him?

    Hi Ramsay,

     

    The requirement that you are mentioning will be achieved by setting the OWD as private for the mentioned Objects. If you make the OWD private then only the Owner and User Above Role Hierarchy can access the record
