I have a DoD STIG that says i need to be able to see logs of account creation.

Hi Ken,
You can create a Report to pull the Account creation date and created by fields as below:
Click on Report | New | Select 'Accounts' Report Type | Add all the fields you need under column and sort the column by clicking on the drop down on the Column Name
