I am using process builder to manage email to case functionality . I need to pull account record and related contact record based on a number value(org ID) in case record . Next step will be to automate the approval process . I trying to do all this in process builder. Need ideas how to set up this in process builder.

Thanks Ranu. If i understand clearly ,is there a way to populate Account name from case record automatically based on the org ID.. I tired in workflow for field update .But it gives error.
