I am trying to trigger it now using PB, but it's not appearing in the Flow drop down:
When I click "Click here to create one" it takes me to my Flow page...where my Flow is sitting, listed under my Active Flows....

Can you save you process and Try Refreshing Your Org.
If refreshing doesnt work Log out and Log In.
If flow is Active and an Autolaunched Flow,it should definetly appear.
