Difference between the Global Constant & Is Null variables in PB

Hi,

 

I am not able to understand, what is the difference between , if i choose in PB as,

 

1. Equals > Global Constant > $GlobalConstant.Null

 

And

 

2. Is Null> Boolean> true

 

When to use which one ? Thanks

    Hi Sourav,

     

    As per my observation, if you are using it to define a criteria than 1. Equals > Global Constant > $GlobalConstant.Null

     

    And 2. Is Null> Boolean> true does the same thing. Global Constant is more useful for the use-cases where you want to  clear existing value  of a field and want to set or update a field's new value with NULL or EmptyString.
