suddenly, submitting a Web to Lead form with cUrl doesn't create a lead in SF anymore, why?

Hi, I have several websites using PHP cUrl to submit identical contact forms to Salesforce. Until 2 days ago, everything was working fine and it generated more than 2000 leads in our salesforce. Then suddenly it doesn't work anymore, no contact form from any website generate leads in salesforce anymore.

I tried to generate a web to lead form from salesforce with the same fields and copied it in a page and it works.... but when i try with cUrl i get the message 'Your request has been queued.' with the proper record information but no lead is generated in database...somebody already faced this issue in the past?

check the url in the action attribute of the form tag to make sure it's the right one.
