This seems like a simple workflow but I have tried multiple ways to go about this, and for some reason, it is not working. Can someone help point out what I am missing?
What I am trying to do: Change Lead Status to "Nurture Direct" (picklist value) after the Last Touch Age is greater than 8 (formula field based on timestamp).
The Last Touch Age field is working and counting properly. But, my workflow is not changing the status. I tried setting it up as both an immediate action and a time based workflow, and then tried doing it through the Process Builder. None of them are working :/
