I would like to know how I can change the decimals in Quantity and Price List for Opportunity products.
Right now, both are using 2 decimals after the comma.
Is there any workaround to do that?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the decimals on these standard fields.

As a workaround you could create new custom fields which takes the number of the standard quantities.
