Error: Invalid date (Valid date format 24.10.2016 or 24.10.2016 12:18)

Hi, try to create a workflow rule on events which sends the customer a email to remind him for the appointment.

 

criteria: Event:Date not equal to NULL -> Error: Invalid date (Valid date format 24.10.2016 or 24.10.2016 12:18)

 

This field has the format Date/Time, so i tried it out with a custom field which just has the format Date.

 

Got also a an Error.

 

criteria: Event:Test not equal to Null -> Error: Invalid date (Valid date format 24.10.2016)

 

Does anybody knows where the problem is?

 

I should fix it quickly, my boss makes preassure with that project :)

    Hi Frank,

     

    If you are using 'Criteria are met', just leave the 'Value' entry blank so you get 'Event:Date not equal to' 'an empty cell for Value'
