Does anyone know how to disable certain users (with Modify All Data, View setup and configuration permissions or with admin profile) from getting administrative email notifications (such as for example certificate expiry)?

Hi Dorotea,
I had the same issue. I disable the following option on some specific profiles and they didn't recieved certification notifications anymore :
