Personnalisation of an email

I just would like to include a personnalization in a template mail (for exemple to use the "product type" field) and for this I need the code. Does anyone know it? Thanks!

    When creating an email template, at the top of the screen you will have merge field options to put the field you are wanting the value of into the email template. The fields are in the format of {!Object.FieldName}.
